What if you found out you married a gay?

No, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against gays in general, but if it involves my marriage, I definitely have everything against it!

But let's not talk about my experience here, let's have a hypothetical situation....

(ehem, I wanna avoid getting myself too involved in this area)

 

You chose to ignore these signs because you refuse to accept that you've been duped and that you never saw in the first place that you married a gay... But you cannot take it anymore.. What will you do about the situation?

Hmmm... you wanna know what I did eh? Let's just say I made a graceful exit and I'm rather grateful I survived the ordeal...

Nothing Gold Can Stay

I came across this wonderful poem way back in high school, about 13 years ago.....

(bam! there goes my age honey!).

 

It's really touching and full of meaning that since then, I have these words and phrases kept in my mind. Knowing of this poem helped me a lot in coping up with my life because it talks of the reality that nothing in this world stays. So everytime I lose something or someone really important to me, I just think of this poem, and somehow, I'll be more or less fine.

Of course, I wanna share it with you...

Boyfriend versus Bestfriend... Who will you choose?

Nope, I'm not in this dilemma right now. Though there was a time in my life when I used to find myself staring at the stars to help me decide on the predicament....  Well, I'm sure I made the right decision.... (I hope so, hehehe!)

Anyways, I just wanted to know how you would have decided if you were in the situation. Let's say you have a bestfriend whom you've known for more than 10 years, you went through many ups and downs in your friendship, you've fought, you've reconciled, you stayed friends because you love each other... Then came the man of your dreams, you fell inlove deeply, you wanna get married, have kids, spend forever with him. Well, it turned out they don't like each other and they both have the qualities that they hate in other person, In other words, fire will fly when they cross ways.

The love of your life tells you to drop your friend  and find someone he thinks is the "right" friend for you. Your friend thinks your boyfriend is a "creep" and you have to get rid of him....

 
Let's spice it up a little more. Let's say you've done all your best to make them see both of them are important to you and that they could be friends too for your sake but they just won't budge? It's like they're saying "You can't have the best of both worlds darling, so you'd better choose one world now... Lifetime Friendship or Love for Eternity?

Wedding Theme Song

Wedding ceremonies (well, any celebration for that matter) are just plain dull and incomplete without music. It is expected of course that songs of love and devotion will be played in weddings, most of which are special favorites of the couple who are brave enough to throw away their freedom and be committed to the one they love for the rest of their lives (awww... so sweet!)

I love FOREVERMORE by the Side A band it's so romantic, so full of love and promise... sigh...

Some of my friends opted for "Without You" by Charlie Wilson (it's really a nice song but only a few knows it). Others prefer "Warmness on the Soul" by Avenged Sevenfold or "The Luckiest" by Ben Folds (teary lyrics...).

 

When my sister got married, she specifically chose "All My Life" by America and "From This Moment" by Shania Twain.. Hmmm! Love is definitely in the air...
